239.255.255.250

发现 svchost.exe 进程不断连接 239.255.255.250:1900。

It is a UPnP signal, sent to 239.255.255.250 — a broadcast address.

It’s lonely and looking for someone to talk to.

It’s likely that it’s actually responding to a query by another system on your LAN — so see if any of your LAN members are running the UPnP service that allows things like Media Centers to show up in My Network Places. This will be a service called Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP).

Basically, the service asks the question — “is anybody out there?” and UPnP enabled devices should answer on the same broadcast IP.

To toggle this on and off (the first time on will install code), go to My Network Places and look for the icon to the left that says, “(Show/Hide) icons for networked UPnP devices.”

By all means, if you’re not comfortable with it — turn it off.

 把 SSDP Discovery Service 服务关了。
